Biological properties
Main component glucoamylase promotes hydrolysis of carbohydrates in feed to maltose and glucose. Accompanying cellulosolytic enzymes (xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase), also containing in the product, hydrolyze polysaccharides of plant cell (xylans, glucans, cellulose) to digestible compounds.
