Description
The active agent of Bacilichin is non-medical purpose polypeptide antibiotic bacitracin which molecule is composed of amino acids. Due to molecule size, Bacilichin is not able to penetrate in blood through intestinal wall. That is why it is not accumulated in organs and tissues of animal and is not contained in animal products. Bacitracin is active against gram-positive pathogenic organisms (pneumococcus, streptococcus, staphylococcus and clostridium). These bacteria produce a variety of systemic effect toxins, cause inflammation of the intestinal mucosa which hinders nutrient absorption from the intestinal lumen. Bacitracin inhibits the growth and development of pathogenic organisms, prevents the toxigenesis without oppressing organisms beneficial for animal and poultry digestion and health. Bacitracin application does not lead to growth of microbes resistant to tetracycline and other treatment antibiotics. Bacilichin is available in two types: Bacilichin-90 and Bacilichin-120.

Features
- Is not absorbed in the digestive tract and is not accumulated in organs, tissues and animal products regardless of the feeding duration
- Has low toxicity to animals and poultry and does not cause any negative symptoms of animal state;
- Prolonged application does not lead to resistance of the intestinal microflora to other antibiotics;
- Retains properties without loss of activity at 110° C for 2 minutes

Package
The product is packed by 20 kg into polyethylene bags, placed into multiply paper or woven polypropylene bags.
Shelf life
18 months at the temperature from -20 to + 20°C.
