This certificate insures that “Sibbiopharm” Ltd. effectively fulfils governmental, municipal and commercial contracts, supplies goods, performs works, renders services of required quality in terms established by the contracts, that “Sibbiopharm” Ltd. has good business reputation, skilled specialists and sufficient experience for successful participation in governmental acquisition system and honest contracts fulfilment.
